da dobrowin: The £72m striker now has a worse goals to minute ratio than Wout Weghorst, but he was not the only player to give a lifeless display in London
da 888casino: Manchester United plummeted to previous unknown depths under David Moyes, but now even their much-ridiculed former manager is lording it over them. And 10 years after the Scot's disastrous and short-lived reign, the Red Devils are in an even worse position than when he was sacked.
Saturday's abysmal 2-0 surrender to West Ham would normally rank as a low point for Unitedm but the sad truth is it is becoming the norm. The Red Devils have now lost nine of their 18 Premier League games this season and have not scored a goal in their last four outings in all competitions.
They made a limp start in east London, but actually ended the first half looking much the better team. The problem was Alejandro Garnacho couldn't take his chances and Rasmus Hojlund, who now has a worse goal per minute ratio in the Premier League than Wout Weghorst for United (zero strikes in 11 starts), could not even create a glimpse of danger.
Once Jarrod Bowen put West Ham in front with the aid of more weak goalkeeping from Andre Onana, United never looked like responding. And Kobbie Mainoo's dreadful slip, allowing Mohammed Kudus to clinch another victory for Moyes over his former employers, compounded their misery.
GOAL rates United's players from the London Stadium…
Getty ImagesGoalkeeper & Defence
Andre Onana (5/10):
His footwork was good and made a fine save from Bowen's header but let himself – and his team – down by being too weak for the England forward's opening goal.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka (6/10):
Sound defensively but not close to the attacking threat of suspended Diogo Dalot.
Willy Kambwala (6/10):
A strong debut despite the result. Strong and confident.
Jonny Evans (6/10):
One of United's better players.
Luke Shaw (6/10):
United's best performer. A pity no one could match his level.

Bruno Fernandes (4/10):
A dismal return after missing Anfield. Did hardly anything of note.
Kobbie Mainoo (4/10):
Was doing well until he took his eye off the ball – literally – and Kudus took full advantage.
Scott McTominay (5/10):
Barely got involved.

Antony (5/10):
Decent link-up play and defensive work but as usual no end product. Did set up a good chance for Garnacho.
Rasmus Hojlund (3/10):
Yet another anonymous display, with no shots on goal. Now has a worse Premier League minutes to goals record than Weghorst.
Alejandro Garnacho (5/10):
Looked like United's best chance of a goal but missed two big chances which he had to score, shooting straight at Areola each time.

Marcus Rashford (4/10):
Had plenty of time to make amends for Hojlund's shoddy display but was nearly as ineffective.
Facundo Pellistri (5/10):
Showed energy and fight but very little quality.
Sergio Reguilon (N/A):
Replaced Kambwala in the 84th minute.
Chstian Eriksen (N/A):
Came on in the 87th minute for his first appearance since injuring his knee six weeks ago.
Erik ten Hag (5/10):
Forced to give Kambwala a debut due to Varane's illness but his selection wasn't the problem. It was the lacklustre experienced players who are nowhere near their usual level.
